‘Kabarole’ provides comfortable, self-catering accommodation for up to eight people at any time of the year. The following rates (in euros and sterling) apply during 2022-24, per week according to the season:

Outside the High Season, parties of maximum four people and maximum two people will be offered 20% and 25% reduction respectively to the weekly rates indicated above.
All rates include shared use (with the Nicholson family) of the swimming pool during summer months (the swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September)
Supplement for visitors requesting exclusive use of the swimming pool €195 or £170 per week
These rates are from Saturday 18.00 hrs to Saturday 10.00 a.m. They include gas, water, electricity and shared use of the swimming pool. Bed linen and towels (for house and pool) are provided and included in the rates. Firewood and radiators are provided during the low season.
Bookings can be secured by advance payment of 40% of the rent. The balance must be paid six weeks before arrival. Refunds will be provided for cancellations six weeks before the arrival date less 25% which will be charged as a cancellation fee. Refunds four to six weeks before the arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund is available for cancellations less than four weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €320 or £280 (normally refundable) should be paid with the balance of the rent confirming the booking six weeks before arrival.
